Terms and Conditions

Version 2026-10-18Operator SHARKY STRATEGIES LLC

These terms govern GovShark.AI, operated by SHARKY STRATEGIES LLC (“we”, “us”). They apply when you affirmatively agree to them while creating or saving your profile. The service is intended for adults representing U.S. businesses.

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to act for the business you represent. Provide accurate information, protect your account, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Agreeing to these terms is separate from choosing to receive daily emails. The Privacy Notice explains our data practices; acknowledging it is not consent to advertising or unrelated processing.

2. What GovShark.AI provides

GovShark.AI helps identify public contract opportunities based on your profile and may send a daily email around 5 AM in your selected time zone. Coverage currently includes federal SAM.gov notices and publicly accessible Maricopa County, Arizona listings. Coverage is limited and is not a complete procurement search.

Listings, eligibility labels, deadlines, summaries, and AI-assisted matches can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always verify the issuing agency’s original notice, amendments, requirements, and deadlines. We are not a government agency, are not affiliated with SAM.gov, and do not guarantee eligibility, an award, a match, email delivery, or business results. This is not legal, financial, or procurement advice.

3. Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in your profile and content. You give us permission to process and share that content with service providers only as needed to operate the features you use, as described in the Privacy Notice.

The service’s software, design, branding, and related intellectual property remain with us or our licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use the service for your own business purposes; you receive no ownership of our technology or marks.

Only submit content you are authorized to use. Do not submit classified information, controlled government information, export-controlled material, passwords, sensitive personal information, or content subject to handling obligations this service cannot meet. Do not use the service unlawfully, send spam, impersonate others, bypass access controls, disrupt systems, or access another user’s data.

4. Emails, controls, and third-party services

You choose whether to receive the daily opportunity email. You may pause delivery in your profile or confirm unsubscribe using the link in an email. Visiting an email link alone does not change your settings. Delivery timing is approximate and providers may delay or reject messages.

Authentication, email delivery, AI processing, hosting, and linked procurement sites involve third-party services. Their availability and their own applicable terms also affect your use. A link is not an endorsement. Do not rely on this service as your sole source of time-sensitive information.

5. Charges and service changes

Creating a profile does not by itself authorize a charge or paid subscription. Any future paid offering will require separately disclosed pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase.

We may maintain, change, or discontinue features. No uptime or support service-level agreement is promised by these terms. We may suspend access to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements, and will provide notice where reasonably practical.

6. Ending use and data

You may stop using the service, pause emails, or delete your subscriber profile. Profile deletion is not the same as deleting your authentication account or every provider-held operational record. Contact us for account deletion or other data requests, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

You do not have to accept updated terms to pause emails, unsubscribe, or delete your existing profile.

7. Service disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. You are responsible for evaluating opportunities and your bids, deadlines, and business decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct where applicable.

8. Changes, disputes, and contact

Material revisions will have a new version and will be presented for agreement before you next create or save a profile. We will not treat an old acceptance as agreement to a new version. If you do not agree, stop using the affected features; email stopping and deletion controls remain available.

New Mexico law and applicable United States federal law govern these terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes may be brought in courts with lawful jurisdiction in New Mexico, without limiting any non-waivable rights. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns.
